Salmony pink hue with bright red tints. Steady flow of dynamic yet very delicate bubbles. Powerful bouquet of juicy, ripe fruit (blackcurrants) interwoven with notes of pollen and lovely delicate tart berries (redcurrants), complemented by subtle touches of toast and vanilla, the result of a slightly longer-than-usual vinification in French oak foudres. The palate is deliciously captivating and juicy, reflecting the great maturity of the vintage's Pinot noirs, which make up a significant proportion of the blend, coming through in the form of density and juicy, concentrated fruit.… but it quickly transitions to sweet floral scents and the sensation of biting into freshly picked fruit.
