R.020 Multi-Vintage Brut is the 10th cuvée of the Réflexion collection and embodies Lallier’s original winemaking philosophy, pairing nature and craftsmanship with today’s creative minds. With a majority of Chardonnay at 51%, R.020 Multi-Vintage Brut stands out with intense aromas of white flowers (acacia and hawthorn), strong notes of fresh citrus, peach and apricot while delivering added notes of mineral salinity on the palate. 2020 was a dry and sunny year with an early harvest revealing intense, elegant and persistent wines. The Réflexion range is best paired with raw vegetables, fresh goat cheese, shellfish or raw fish and is recommended to be enjoyed as an aperitif or at the start of the meal.
