A creation highlighting the character of the main year while respecting the Lallier style through the perfect balance of the four atmospheres: Purity, Freshness, Intensity, and Depth, with a touch of liveliness and structure due to the presence of tannins from the Bouzy terroir. The 2021 harvest, which makes up 70% of R.021 Rosé, offers clear aromas, dominated by citrus fruits like blood orange and kumquat, complemented by delicate notes of red fruits.
