Dom Pérignon Vintage 2018 blanc - 75 cl

2018 is the year of the perfect climate trajectory. A gift from nature. The sun is omnipresent. There is 25% more sunshine than average in spring. The heat of the summer exceeds the records of 2003. The water trajectory is perfect. There is water in the soil until flowering thanks to the rains of winter and spring. The summer was drier and allowed the installation of a progressive constraint favorable to quality. Despite generous yields, maturation is rapid. This is the 5th harvest in August (after 2003, 2007, 2011 and 2017) and the earliest with a start around August 20th. The sanitary quality of the grapes is exceptional, and their maturity reaches records, both Chardonnays and Pinot Noirs.
