PLÉNITUDE TROISIÈME P3 1993, The essence of Dom Pérignon in a Champagne of exceptional scope

Nose : Initial hints of dried herbs quickly open up to confit grapefruit and cinnamon, complemented by notes of shortbread biscuits and dried fruit.

Palate : Sensations unfold in succession, developing with rhythmic precision and voluptuousness. The initial density becomes a creamy fullness, the finesse lingers before elevating on a sappy note.

Seasons and Harvest : A precocious vintage. Early budding and a warm, stormy spring led to rapid and complete blooming, right from the first half of June. Despite very average temperatures, the summer was remarkable for both its generous sunshine and a dry spell that lasted until the beginning of the harvest (September 10).
