Cristal Louis Roederer Vintage 2007 blanc - 75 cl

Golden gold colour with warm, slightly orange highlights. Impeccable, fine, regular and dynamic bubbles. Classic bouquet, both elegant and discreet. Juicy, ripe fruit (Williams pear) and slightly tart red fruit (redcurrant) combine with notes of warm pastries and freshly baked Tatin. The wine just needs to express itself and, after a few minutes in the glass, reveals notes of white chocolate and hazelnuts from the undergrowth fermentation of some of the wines from the 2007 harvest. This juxtaposition of ripe, tangy, sweet fruit aromas with the more toasty notes of ageing strengthens over time, giving a real impression of depth.
