Fresh pink color with golden reflections. Fine, regular perlage, almost luminous thanks to its bubbles and golden reflections. Bouquet with delicate, sweet notes of flowers (hawthorn) and slightly acidic, fresh red fruit (currants). The extraordinarily beautiful ripeness of the grapes is reflected in a lovely density, which is complemented by a chalky freshness and gives the wine the lightness and finesse so characteristic of a Cristal Rosé. The fresh finish and perfect dosage are accompanied by sweet tannins with beautiful bitter and smoky notes, which increase the ageing potential of this incredibly good cuvée to infinity.
