Carte Blanche reveals a succession of ripe, sweet fruit (baked apples) combined with intense floral notes (broom), sweet toasted almonds and frangipane. The high dosage is not only balanced by its freshness, but by its long disgorging period which allows perfect integration of the dosage. Its dosage gives it a rich, creamy and full- bodied texture which is set off by the wine’s freshness.

40% Pinot Noir, 40% Chardonnay and 20% Meunier. 10% of the wine is vinified in oak casks. Partial malolactic fermentation.
