Laurent-Perrier Vintage 2018 Brut - 75 cl

A pale gold colour with very fine bubbles that create a persistent stream of foam. A clean and airy nose, expressing aromas of fresh citrus (pink grapefruit) and white fruits (vine peach and mirabelle plum). The palate is precise and flavourful, offering aromas of candied citrus (clementine) intermingled with silkier notes of pastry and flower honey, perfectly balanced. The slightly mineral, and delicately salty finish further accentuates the length on the palate.
