Le Millésimé is the choice of an exceptional year from which a selection of the great Chardonnay and Pinot Noir vintages will be used to make a future iteration of Grand Siècle. A rare and exceptional wine that expresses the character of a year in the Laurent-Perrier style. 2008 was characterised by a cold, but not icy, winter and a dull, rainy spring. The harvest began in mid-September in dry, cool weather, which produced grapes in perfect health, with some very fine Chardonnays and Pinots Noirs. These top-quality grapes revealed a magnificent aromatic richness that presaged an exceptional vintage.
