On the nose, aromas of orangeade, redcurrant, cherry pit, and raspberry jelly. Hints of pastry and lemon meringue prepare the tastebuds. On the palate, bold red fruits like raspberry, redcurrant, cherry, blackcurrant, cranberry and goji berry give way to sweeter, softer nuances of crushed vine peach and strawberry salad with basil. A finish on slightly bitter citrus, grapefruit and lime zest, enhanced by its fine bubbles.
