This cuvée embodies two of her major innovations: the elaboration of the first vintage champagne in 1810 and the creation of the first known blended Champagne Rosé in 1818. Thus, this vintage featuring a blend of 90% of Pinot Noir and 10% of Chardonnay is finished off with 13% Pinot Noir red wine coming from the historical parcel ‘Clos Colin’ located in Bouzy.
