Golden yellow colour with luminous highlights. Magnificent, smooth effervescence. Bouquet of white flowers (jasmine, orange blossom), citrus zest (lemon) and harvest. Fresh iodine notes, sea spray, sea breeze, chalk powder. On aeration, a few smoky notes, a reductive, shell-like quality, reminiscent of grilled almonds. The palate is creamy, caressing, soft and delicate, with a velvety texture that quickly gives way to fresh, marine, powdery and concentrated sensations. The impression is of biting into a ripe, juicy fruit bursting with long, zesty, salivating freshness. The finish is suave, saline, stretched out like a ray of sunshine, both luminous and drying without ever being brittle.
